You do not need to sign in to JaponiGo to use this page.

How to request deletion

Email contact@maprins.games. If possible, include the email associated with your Google sign-in, or state that you used a Firebase anonymous (guest) account. Do not send your password, payment-card details, or purchase token.

We may ask for additional information to verify account ownership. We will never ask for your password or payment-card details.

What the request covers

A verified request covers deletion of the JaponiGo account profile, learning/SRS progress, our copies of Premium entitlement and purchase history, FCM tokens, feedback, and user-owned storage records. You can separately remove local data from your device by uninstalling the app.

Retention after deletion

A completed-deletion marker is retained for 24 hours to block stale requests. Current Cloud Logging security and diagnostic logs are retained for 30 days. Google Play may retain its own purchase records under its policy. No other legal-retention period is claimed here.
